These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 999ra platform, accessible at https://999ra.cam ("the Platform", "the Website", "999ra"), and all associated services, games, promotions and communications operated by the Platform's operator ("Operator", "we", "us", "our").
999ra is an English-language online casino and sports betting platform designed for players who wish to access casino games, sports betting markets and live dealer experiences. By accessing any part of the 999ra Platform, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf, that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. These Terms apply alongside the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any specific promotional terms applicable to individual offers.
In these Terms, the following words and expressions have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, to register an account or use the Platform in any capacity. Where a higher minimum age applies under applicable law or the operator's licence conditions, that higher age shall prevail. The Operator reserves the right to require documentary evidence of age at any time.
It is your sole and personal responsibility to verify that accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any bet. Pakistan has gambling restrictions, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and associated provincial legislation. 999ra does not claim to be licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority in Pakistan, or any Pakistani bank or payment service provider.
By registering, you represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, that you are not acting as an agent on behalf of a third party, and that your use of the Platform is for personal entertainment purposes only.
The following persons are not eligible to register or use the Platform:
Each User may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If the Operator determines that a User holds more than one Account, it reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets, and withhold any balances pending investigation.
You must provide complete, accurate and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You must keep this information up to date. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. The Operator shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain appropriate security measures. You must notify the Operator immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your Account.
The Operator may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when account activity triggers a review. Required documents may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide required documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.
Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted and listed in the Operator's live cashier at the time of deposit. The Platform displays balances in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) for user convenience; however, the underlying processing currency may differ depending on the payment method and Operator's banking arrangements. Any currency conversion costs are the User's responsibility.

Withdrawal processing times are as published by the Operator in the Help Centre and are not guaranteed. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method, KYC status, verification requirements and banking procedures. The Operator is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are published in the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated periodically. The Operator reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits on individual accounts based on account tier, verification status or risk assessment.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your Account are legitimately owned by you, are not the proceeds of illegal activity, and are not being deposited in connection with any money laundering scheme. The Operator complies with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and may report suspicious transactions to appropriate authorities.
All bonuses and promotions offered by 999ra are subject to specific terms that include, at minimum, a wagering requirement, a minimum deposit requirement, an expiry period and a maximum cash-out limit. These specific terms are published with each individual offer and must be read before opting in.
Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. Before winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn, you must complete the applicable wagering requirement — i.e., wager the required multiple of the bonus amount on eligible games. For example, an illustrative wagering requirement of 20x applied to a PKR 1,000 bonus requires total eligible wagers of PKR 20,000 before withdrawal is permitted.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino and certain other categories may contribute a lower percentage or zero. Contribution rates are published in the applicable promotional terms or the Platform's bonus FAQ.
While a bonus is active, a maximum bet per spin or round applies as specified in the promotional terms (illustrative example: PKR 500 per round). Wagers exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in the voiding of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
Bonuses that are not claimed within the specified claim period, or on which wagering requirements are not completed within the specified validity period, will expire and be removed from your account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
The Operator reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim bonuses if it reasonably suspects that a User has exploited a bonus offer in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, has provided false information to claim a bonus, or has engaged in coordinated bonus abuse with other accounts.
No bonus, promotion or offer on this Platform implies, guarantees or suggests any specific return on wagers. All gambling outcomes are subject to chance. The Operator does not make any guaranteed-win claims in connection with any promotion.
All casino games available on the 999ra Platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Games are supplied by technology partners and are subject to the testing and certification standards required by the applicable licence. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are indicative long-run averages and do not guarantee specific session outcomes.
Sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL/T20, ICC tournaments, football and UFC — are offered on the basis of odds calculated at the time of bet placement. The Operator reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, suspended or where a manifest pricing error has occurred.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error or system failure that affects the validity of a game round or bet, the Operator reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount. No additional compensation will be provided for technical disruptions beyond the stake refund.
If you lose your internet connection during active gameplay, the game round will continue according to the logic of the game software. The Operator is not liable for losses resulting from network interruption on the User's side.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from the Operator.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's continuous availability, accuracy of information, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data or loss of goodwill.
Where liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, the Operator's total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling involves financial risk. The Operator is not responsible for gambling losses incurred during legitimate gameplay. You acknowledge that you participate voluntarily, understand the risks involved and accept that losses are a foreseeable outcome of gambling activity.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by the 999ra Privacy Policy, which sets out how personal data is collected, processed, stored and protected. The Operator will process personal data only as required to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations and fulfil KYC/AML requirements. Data is not sold to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes. Further details are set out in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is registered or licensed. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Operator's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
The Operator operates under an international gaming licence. Licence details, where applicable, are published in the Platform's footer or Help Centre. The existence of an international licence does not imply authorisation, recognition or endorsement by Pakistani authorities.
The Operator reserves the right to revise, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, notice will be provided through a notification on the Platform or by email to registered Users. The revised Terms will be effective from the date of publication.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be refunded to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements.
The Operator reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably determines that you have breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if account closure is required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
Upon account closure, your licence to use the Platform terminates immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 10, 11, 12 and 13 — shall continue in full force and effect.
